Refund and refund policy

Summary

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Sensitive goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are personal or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some types of health and personal care

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some cases where only a few refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette or vinyl disc that has been opened.
  • Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our fault.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and verify your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing returns

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before sending the refund.

Types of discounts

Only items with normal price can be returned. Discount items are non-refundable.

Changes

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pcclub.gr and send your item to: Giamboudaki 5, Rethymno Crete 74100, Greece.

Gifts

If the product was classified as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of your return. Once you receive the returned product, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the donor had sent the order to himself to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the donor and be notified of your return.

Ship returns

To return your product, you must send it by post to: Giamboudaki 5, Rethymno Crete 74100, Greece.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the product you exchanged to arrive may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
